Rachel Sterling (b. November 11, 1979, in Corpus Christi, Texas) is an American model, actress and dancer. She is of Mexican, Korean and Apache descent.

Sterling has appeared in the Italian edition of Vogue as well as various lad mags, including Maxim, Stuff, FHM, and the May 2006 issue of Playboy. She has also been cast in several music videos by such artists as Shaggy, Kid Rock, Ja Rule, Velvet Revolver, and No Doubt, and danced in The Pussycat Dolls.
